Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective hygiene strips are still in place.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
